As a beta tester, you may provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports. By submitting feedback, you grant Ear Muscle Trainer a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback for improving the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensor Online is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
